1. Who is José Rosario? He is the Founder and CEO of AIRL 12 AVM, a private Spanish company (founded in 2018) specialising in ‘Defence Tech’ (defence technology). His background combines operational military training with technical engineering. 2. His career includes: Military training: He served in elite units in Spain, specifically in C.O.E. 101 and G.O.E. 7 (Special Operations Groups) in Palma de Mallorca. 3- Security: He holds licences from Guardian Homeland Security S.A. and the Ministry of the Interior in Madrid (National Police and Civil Guard) as a VIP bodyguard and private security officer in Spain. 3/1 International training in Israel (Guardian Homeland Security S.A.) at the training and protection centre in Israel, located at La Quesería, where he obtained a licence to work as a bodyguard in conflict and war zones, as well as completing various courses at the centre (Guardian Homeland Security S.A.). 3/2 Accolades: He has received honourable mentions from the Ministry of the Interior for his career in public and private security in Spain. 4. Engineering: He holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Madrid and has specialised in cybersecurity and military unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) projects. 5. What does he do nowadays?
